Yes! Yes! Yes!

Wow! I just experienced EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "tapping," for the first time!  It was easier than I thought it would be, and I released a lot of old emotional energy.  I walked out feeling lighter, and my head cold was gone!  My wonderful practitioner, Vickie Griffith, who also does hypnosis, can be reached at www.break-through.org
